Plant Power Fast Food

AMA has served as architect for several Plant Power Fast Food restaurants throughout Southern California. This vegan fast food chain sprung out of San Diego with a mission to spread ethical and sustainable fast food to the masses. Their restaurant buildings in turn involve sustainable products such as bamboo finishes and sometimes the re-using of interesting building features. Often their flourishing gardens set the ambiance for the dining spaces.
